At Nilon Beaute, we take pride in handcrafting our small-batch products with the utmost care and attention to detail. As such, please note that the production process for some of our items may take up to 7-10 business days before they are ready to be shipped.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by customs or other government authorities.
